As a celiac person, it has been so long since I was able to enjoy a good pastry, and now I found a place where the pastry are not only delicious, but also gluten free. I absolutely love it and I will definitely be back to try their croissants, I came on a Wednesday and they will only have it on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

When someone says, “I just ate the best gluten free ________!” I ask if they’ve been to valley bakery so that I know their reference point and if they’ve really tasted the best gluten free item to compare. My family has been gluten free for 15 years. We’ve traveled to Paris and Italy, lived in Dallas and SoCal and the treats at Valley Bakery are the best. When I say THE BEST, it’s truly the best. I don’t go there for their cookies but their fluffy croissant dough, the au pain chocolate , the Boston creams, turnovers, and bread cannot be beat. I’ve yet to have anything in all my travels come close to the perfection of this bakery. Note: I have not had their cakes, so I can’t comment on that. They have 5 stars on all platforms, so I’m obviously not the only one who thinks they are the best, just go visit them and show your support. You will not believe how good it is.

Great little- gluten free bakery with many options (cookies, brownies, quiche, breads, doughnuts & much more) to choose from. The sourdough, chocolate chip cookies & the empanada was delicious!

I’m a diagnosed severe Celiac of 7 years and moved to Kennesaw last summer and discovered Valleys shortly after! It has changed my life!! I used to have to drive over an hour for a donut and now being only 20 min away has been so nice so when I want a treat it doesn’t turn into 1/2 my day disappearing. They are all so kind and helpful. Truly a family! Today my experience was exceptional beyond the norm. My 5 year old was with me and accidentally jammed her fingers in their front door while playing. They all jumped on helping immediately and brought me out ice water for her and even some pain cream. They are truly amazing people and deserve all the praise for what they are doing for this community!

They’ve absolutely mastered what’s hardest to find in gluten-free baking: buttery, flaky pastry dough. From croissants to turnovers, everything is crafted with an incredible level of care and intention. I’m personally dairy-free, so I couldn’t try everything, but the gluten-free sourdough bread alone is worth the visit! It has the perfect crisp on the outside and a soft, airy interior. Honestly, it doesn’t even need to be toasted or buttered. It’s that good! And the empanadas? Delicious! I’ve yet to make it out without finishing one immediately! Beyond the food, you can tell the owners genuinely care about their craft. This isn’t just another bakery. It’s a place built with precision, passion, and a deep commitment to quality. If you’re in the Atlanta area and need a dedicated gluten-free, allergy-friendly bakery, Valley's Bakery is a must-visit! (Inhaled the empanada before I remembered to take a photo <smh>)
